I have only recently become associated with your company in connection with appliances I purchased at Lowe’s in Hinesville. Your staff has been keeping me apprised of the status of a backordered part for my OTR microwave.

During that time, I have noted that the quality of service I have been provided has been a definite “cut above” what I am used to receiving from other companies that I deal with on a regular basis. I wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done. Specifically – when I have received a phone call from a member of your staff at Advanced Appliance Services: They always seem to know what they are talking about. They speak English clearly and distinctly. They never seem to be having a “bad day”; and most importantly – They have called me BEFORE I have called them for a status update.

As a supervisor of administrative and customer services for more than 25 years prior to my retirement in 1998, I can tell you that the combination of all the above qualities in one support staff is quite extraordinary. Thank you to the office staff who kept me updated. Also, as I have purchased a 4-year extended service contracts from Lowe’s on all of my appliances, I look forward to continuing this excellent professional association with Advanced Appliance Services for many years to come.
